We’re looking for a confident, clinically strong, fast-moving RDH who wants to be paid well, stay busy, and work in a practice that values hygiene as a true driver of patient health and production.

The Money

• $55–$58/hour

• UNCAPPED Hygiene Production Bonus (no ceiling on your earning potential)

• Full-time, 4 days per week

• Consistent schedule, established patient base

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care

What You Bring:

• Active Texas RDH license and CPR

• Strong clinical skills

• Positive attitude and team mindset

• Ability to keep a schedule on track without sacrificing patient experience
