Dental Sales Representative
South Florida | Outside Sales | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with general dentists, specialists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and DSOs throughout South Florida.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Present and promote dental laboratory services, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant restorations, and digital dentistry solutions.
- Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Represent the company at dental industry events, networking functions, and educational meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Experience in the dental industry strongly preferred.
- Experience selling dental laboratory services, dental implants, dental equipment, medical devices, or healthcare solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven success in business development and account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
