Dental Office Manager
We are a fast-paced, PRIVATE and busy dental office seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, patient-focused, and thrives in a high-energy environment while leading a team with professionalism and positivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office and administrative operations
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and team coordination
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Maintain knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures
- Work with North Carolina Medicaid claims, eligibility, and compliance
- Support and motivate team members to maintain excellent patient care
- Assist with reports, production goals, and office performance
- Ensure a welcoming and professional patient experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience required
- Strong knowledge of North Carolina Medicaid required
- Experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
