Position Overview
Full Time Dental Office Manager
Monday-Friday, in-office
Reports to the Director of Market Operations
P&L and team-performance accountability
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations, hitting Sage's operational and clinical performance goals
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team
Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices
Resolve patient and staff escalations professionally and quickly
Partner with regional leadership on staffing, growth, and quality initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
