Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and inspire the office team while modeling core values
Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience
Manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational goals
Recruit, coach, and retain top talent
Partner closely with clinicians to support overall practice success
Ideal Background:
Dental or healthcare management experience required (dental strongly preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Financial acumen with exposure to P&L management and KPIs
Proficiency in MS Office; Dentrix experience preferred
