About the Role:
Nassau Queens Endodontics PC is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our fast paced Endodontic practice. Candidate must be reliable and responsible. Should have ability to manage heavy phone intake and excellent communication skills. 
Dental insurance knowledge a plus.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and assist with billing and claims processing
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain and update patient records, forms, and medical histories
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with other dental offices as needed

Requirements:

• Experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental/medical front office setting preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude
