Operating with 5 operatories and a modern, high-energy setup, our clinical and administrative operations are driven by a cohesive team consisting of 3 front desk members, 3 back-office team members, and 3 providers. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our team and our patients. Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, driven, and personable Scheduler to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patient scheduling, ensuring our daily goals are met while maintaining seamless communication between patients and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities: Patient Scheduling: Efficiently manage daily schedules to optimize doctor and hygiene production and meet target practice goals. Call Management: Promptly answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Financial Services: Collect patient balances and co-pays at checkout or over the phone. Insurance Coordination: Verify and check dental insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility prior to patient appointments. Patient Communication: Confirm upcoming appointments, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and keep the daily appointment flow structured and timely. Qualifications: Required: Prior experience in dental scheduling and front-office operations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High team-spirit with a reliable, positive attitude. Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus. How to ApplyIf you are an experienced dental scheduling professional looking to join a dynamic, patient-focused team, we would love to hear from you!
