Dental Associates of Lake Jackson is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Lake Jackson, TX! 

 

 

 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide new patients through their dental journey
• Answer incoming calls, including new patient inquiries and dental emergencies
• Build trusting relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity
• Discuss treatment costs, financing options, budgeting, and insurance benefits
• Track pending and incomplete treatment plans to ensure patients stay on track with their oral health goals
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient care
• Request and organize patient records
• Conduct patient follow-ups and reactivation calls
• Help the practice achieve treatment acceptance and patient care goals
• Monitor case acceptance and contribute to practice growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2 or more years dental front office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
