Location: New York or New Jersey

Pay Rate: $18~$37/hr

Work Schedule: 3–4 days per week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to facilitate communication between patients and the dental team. This role involves discussing treatment plans based on the dentist’s diagnosis and recommended procedures, coordinating treatment schedules, and reviewing associated costs with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss recommended dental treatments with patients based on the dentist’s diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Explain treatment costs, estimated out-of-pocket expenses, and available payment options.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and treatment timelines with patients.
• Communicate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure patients understand their recommended treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments and upcoming appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment coordination documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and help patients navigate the treatment process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to discuss treatment plans, scheduling, and costs clearly and professionally.
• Customer service, administrative, or dental office experience preferred.
• Dental industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, clinical staff, and patients.

Work Schedule

• 3–4 days per week
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location in New York or New Jersey, depending on placement.
