Konikoff Family Dentistry - Brambleton is currently looking for an experienced, polished, and friendly Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Brambleton Avenue location in downtown Norfolk, VA!

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at every visit
Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and transparency
Manage financial discussions professionally, including payment options and insurance benefit utilization
Verify insurance benefits, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate benefits effectively
Coordinate patient scheduling and daily production alignment to keep the practice running smoothly
Support the doctor and clinical team by anticipating needs and ensuring operational readiness
Maintain a polished, professional front desk environment reflective of our practice standards

What We're Looking For

Previous dental front office or treatment coordination experience required
Strong working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance coverage
Demonstrated ability to verify benefits, break down coverage, and structure treatment plan financials
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software preferred
High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
A performance driven mindset with a genuine commitment to achieving practice goals and delivering outstanding patient care
