About the Role:
Agave Dental Care in El Paso, TX/NM is looking for a motivated and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator with the potential to grow into an Office Manager role. Responsibilities:
  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and compassionately, ensuring full understanding of procedures and costs
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations to maintain a productive daily schedule
  • Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and assist patients with financing options
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and case acceptance
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within dental practice management software
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery
  • Support office operations and assist with administrative duties with potential to transition into an Office Manager role
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or front desk administrator
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
  • Ability to discuss financial arrangements and treatment plans with confidence and empathy
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy dental environment
  • Leadership potential and desire to grow into an Office Manager position
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus in the El Paso community
