Dental Dreams is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our Aurora, Illinois clinic for a full-time opportunity beginning in Fall 2026.
We are looking for a dentist with a few years of clinical experience who is ready to join a busy, established practice and provide high-quality care to our patients.
DENTIST-OWNED.
Dental Dreams is owned and operated by our original founding dentist. We have been in practice for over 20 years, making decisions based upon what is best for our patients from a dentist's perspective.

Full-Time Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- At least 1 Saturday per month
- Permanent Daily Minimum Guarantee
- Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Average full-time compensation: $290,000-$350,000+
- Complete autonomy over treatment planning
- Mentorship by experienced clinicians
