We’re hiring a Dentist in Coatesville, Pennsylvania who wants excellent earning potential, a flexible workweek, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in community oral health.

You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient dentistry for patients of all ages, with clinical autonomy, newer equipment, and a dedicated support team.

• Preferred Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM
• Flexible four-day workweek available, such as Tuesday–Friday
• Friday availability required for clinic coverage
• Approximately 15–17 patients per day
• Approximately 2 dental assistants per dentist
• Comprehensive dentistry including extractions, fillings, and crowns; root canals referred out
• Epic EMR with November transition
• Collaborative, well-supported clinical environment

What makes you a great fit
• DDS or DMD degree
• Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility
• DEA registration
• Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary: $169,000; range up to $180,000
• Experienced candidates requesting up to $185,000 considered for review
• Performance incentive up to $13,000 annually, subject to eligibility
• Employer pays 80% of health insurance premiums
• Medical PPO or QHDHP; dental and vision coverage
• $500 employer HSA contribution with QHDHP
• 33 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays
• $4,000 CME allowance plus 40 hours
• 403(b) retirement with employer matching up to 4%
