Job Summary
We're a dentist recruiting company working with a reputable dentaloffice that is seeking a dentist. The office is completely state of the art. They're seeking a full time dentist but part time would be considered as well.

This office is committed to providing wonderful patient care. It is a fee for service and PPO office, with no capitation. General restorative procedures like crown and bridge, extractions, dentures, removables, is all that is required. If a dentist is proficient in endo and implants that is a plus. This is a state of the art equipment and a great team of hygienists, assistants and front desk.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies through continuous education.

Experience

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in performing various dental procedures, including root canal therapy and oral surgery.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
