Shift Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (40 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid lunch); federal holidays excluded; subject to facility needs.
Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 - 8 weeks of time
License: Active, valid Illinois Dentist License required at the time of quote submission.

Responsibilities:
Provide dental care to inmates in a correctional facility.
Perform dental screenings, evaluations, and treatments.
Provide dental hygiene services as needed.
Evaluate referrals from medical staff and recommend treatment.
Maintain accurate patient records and complete EMR documentation daily.
Recommend diagnostic testing and follow-up treatment.
Educate patients and explain dental procedures.
Follow BOP policies, institutional security protocols, and healthcare standards.
Report inmate rule violations and complete required reports.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Health Services Administrator.
