The work

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry, crown and bridge and full-mouth rehabilitation
• Surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, and bone grafting
• Clear aligners, veneers and cosmetic dentistry
• Sedation dentistry, Botox and facial esthetics, and periodontal procedures
• Real clinical autonomy, with mentorship for dentists who want to grow in implants, surgery, sedation and treatment planning

The practice

• Established private practice serving Tulsa since 1985, with a founder planning for succession
• 70+ new patients every month and 1,000+ Google reviews
• Strong referral network, immediate patient flow and a collaborative, highly experienced team
• Recently updated office: 9 operatories and 4 hygiene rooms
• Open Dental, iTero, CBCT, digital radiography, SprintRay 3D printing, Overjet AI, intraoral cameras, IV sedation permit and online scheduling

Schedule

Full-time. No evenings, no weekends and no major holidays.

What you need

• DDS or DMD; experienced general dentists and exceptional residency-trained graduates welcome
• An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• Clinical confidence, interest in comprehensive dentistry and an entrepreneurial, team-first mindset
• Interest in future ownership and long-term leadership in the practice

Compensation

• 28%–30% of adjusted production
• $650–$750 daily guarantee for 3–6 months
• Expected first-year earnings of $220,000+, and $360,000+ as a mature provider
• Signing bonus and full relocation assistance
