Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an ADA-approved dental institution
Active Mississippi dental license or qualification post-graduation
Up-to-date CPR and BLS credentials
Background in clinical settings or private practice, whether entry-level or established
Excellent skills in verbal and written professional interactions
Benefits:
Initial-year salary assurance of $205,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher
From the second year, compensation at 31% of adjusted production
$20,000 sign-on incentive
Qualification for a route to partnership
$2,500 yearly allowance for continuing education, plus robust internal training initiatives
