We are looking for a confident lead dentist with at least 5 years of clinical experience who is truly passionate about delivering comprehensive care, cosmetic excellence, and building lasting patient relationships. 

This position is perfect for a doctor searching for a permanent professional home complete with clinical autonomy, robust mentorship, and a clear partnership track inside a thriving, expanding dental group.

Extensive collaboration and continuing education opportunities are available throughout the dental network, including advanced training in implantology, periodontics, and full-mouth reconstruction.

Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Practice Overview

Operatories: 7 total (2 hygiene rooms + 1 dedicated surgical suite)
Payer Mix: 75% PPO | 25% Fee-for-Service (cash) | No Medicaid or HMO
Clinical Focus: Full-scope general and cosmetic dentistry with particular strength in crown & bridge, complex restorative, and aesthetic procedures
Technology: 100% digital office equipped with CBCT, iTero scanner, digital sensors, and intraoral cameras. Currently using EagleSoft; scheduled to transition to Denticon in 2026
Opportunity: Work side-by-side with experienced doctors and tap into an established internal referral network Compensation & 

Benefits
Compensation Model: Percentage of net collections (no lab bill-backs when using the practices approved lab list)
Tiered Percentage: 30% 31% 32%
Daily Guarantee: $700 - $850 per day for the first 90 days to 6 months
CE Allowance: $2,500 annually + in-house mentorship and continuing education programs
Partnership Track: Eligible after 12 months of successful performance Performance Snapshot

2024 Production: $1,364,707 | Collections: 98.7%
2025 Projection: On pace to surpass $1.4 million; current collections running at 104.7%
Active Patients: 2,826 and steadily increasing (~35 new patients/month)
Team: Long-tenured, highly supportive staff with minimal turnover and excellent clinical systems
