Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our established Del Lago practice in Escondido, California!
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a consistent three-day schedule, a strong patient base, clinical autonomy, and the support of an experienced team.

Schedule: Part-Time, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Earning Potential: $115,000–$300,000+ annually
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active California dental license or ability to obtain one
Current DEA registration, as required
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to dentistry
