A long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Salem wants a full-time associate who is confident in everyday restorative dentistry and values doing comprehensive care the right way. The work

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry: fillings, crowns and bridges
• Simple to moderate extractions
• Endo experience is a plus, and interest in growing your endo skills is welcome

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific. A predictable 4-day schedule with real work-life balance.

What you need

• DDS or DMD
• An Oregon dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• Confidence in restorative dentistry and comfort in a fast-paced, well-supported office

Compensation

• $275,000–$325,000 per year
• Full-time W-2, benefits eligible
• Full operational and administrative support
