Our client is a premier, long-standing Private General and Cosmetic Practice in the heart of Washington, D.C., seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join their elite clinical team. Our office is known for its sophisticated professional clientele, modern technology, and a strictly managed schedule that prioritizes one-on-one patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Develop and present detailed treatment plans for a health-conscious patient base.
• Collaborate with a highly trained support staff (Office Coordinator, Dental Assistants, and Hygienists).
• Uphold our reputation for inclusive care, including specialized communication standards for our diverse patient community.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. Dental School (Required).
• Active District of Columbia Dental License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or strong interest in Cosmetic Dentistry (Veneers, Whitening, Smile Design).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional "chairside manner."
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard urban environment.
