Start by listening to their needs and goals, then explain the available options clearly. Help each prospect assess whether a solution fits their situation and give them space to ask questions.Your responsibilities include:Connecting with prospects over phone calls and video meetingsAsking questions to understand what each customer needsDescribing products and services in straightforward languageResponding to questions and arranging appropriate follow-upRecording conversation details so opportunities stay organizedJoining team discussions and coaching sessionsPracticing the skills that make customer conversations more effectiveSupport as you build your skillsYou don't have to bring a finished sales playbook with you. Upsender provides training and guidance as you learn the role. That support may include product education, instruction on the sales process, scripts and conversation frameworks, practice through role-play, call feedback, and continuing coaching.Being open to feedback matters.
