Depanel Operator

Select Staffing is seeking an Depanel Operator for a leading electronics manufacturer in Moorpark, CA.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4/10 schedule)

Job Summary:

The Depanel Operator is responsible for safely operating depanelization equipment to separate printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) from production panels .

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automated depanelization equipment safely and efficiently.
• Review drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Verify correct materials, revisions, and quantities before processing.
• Inspect finished circuit boards for defects such as cracks, chips, damaged components, lifted pads, and broken traces.
• Remove excess board material using approved tools and processes.
• Report equipment issues defective materials to supervisors or Quality personnel.
• Maintain traceability of work-in-process and completed assemblies.
• Accurately record production output, defects, and scrap.
• Follow ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process and quality concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle circuit boards, components, tools, and fixtures.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and work in a manufacturing environment.
