Job Highlights
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, processing special orders, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience across departments
Lead department operations by supervising staff, preparing schedules, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and government regulations
Oversee all aspects of merchandising, including ordering, receiving, preparing, pricing, displaying, and maintaining seasonal decor and inventory to meet sales and profit goals.
Manage department documentation, inventory, and shop orders while communicating effectively with the Store Director and external suppliers
Participate in ongoing training and ensures department associates are trained in company procedures while promoting safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
Previous experience involving customer service required
Previous manager or supervisor experience required
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organizing merchandise is essential
Must have flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Relevant soft skills include basic math skills, following directions, and communication
