Job Highlights
Provide prompt, friendly, and patient customer service in person and by phone, including handling special orders and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience
Support store operations by learning and following performance standards, sales goals, merchandising plans, and documentation procedures
Assist in inventory management through product ordering, stock rotation, invoice checks, and maintaining accurate inventory using store systems
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper product storage conditions across departments, following sanitation schedules and 5S standards
Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations while promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity, especially in a retail setting, is preferred
Ideal candidates enjoy varied tasks given the role involves working in different departments and temperatures in the store
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organizing merchandise is essential
Must have flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Relevant soft skills include basic math skills, following directions, and communication
