Deployment Manager- IT Infrastructure

TITLE – Deployment Manager/Project Manager- IT infrastructure. 
Location: Richfield MN
Duration: 6+ months
Pay rate: $50-$55/hr on W2

This would be remote 90% of the time with the need to come into corp potentially 10% of the time. until February 2027, at that time 80% in Office, 20% Remote.

Introduction

Join a dynamic team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology and infrastructure initiatives across retail environments. This role supports projects such as hardware refreshes, application deployments, network upgrades, and store remodels, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deployment management - 5 years of experience.
• Retails Infrastructure / Infrastructure Deployment Support - 2-5 years of experience.
• Retail store technology deployments - 2-5 years of experience.
• Infrastructure rollout programs - 2-5 years of experience.
• Prior work experience in relevant industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing simultaneous on-site deployment projects remotely.
• Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Background in deployment management, implementation services, or business process improvement.
• Experience with retail merchandising concepts and their integration with technology.
• Experience reading and interpreting low-voltage prints and construction drawings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment activities to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of project objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for deployment-related questions and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress using established tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners, vendors, and project teams.
• Validate deployment readiness and completion against established project requirements.
