Title: Deployment & Release Integration Manager Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - 4 days onsite

This person will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, governance, and execution of software deployments and release integrations across the organization
They drive continuous improvement across release management processes, ensuring operational stability and deployment excellence across the technology ecosystem.
Coordinate deployment activities across application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and business teams.
Establish and enforce release management standards, policies, and controls.
Serve as the primary integration point between development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, service management, and business teams.
7+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, IT Operations, Project Management, or related disciplines.
3+ years leading enterprise-wide release and deployment activities across multiple technology teams.
Experience working within ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and Change Management frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Change Management and ITSM processe
