    We"re seeking exceptional talent to help develop the next generation of advanced robotics systems that will transform automation at Amazon"s scale.     Key job responsibilities

    • Define and develop deployment processes, service procedures, and field maintenance workflows to support a fleet of deployed robots
    • Design tooling, fixtures, and ground support equipment (or author requirements for outsourced development) that enable safe, repeatable installation, servicing, and repair of mechatronic systems.
    • Troubleshoot complex hardware, and software failures in the field during deployment campaigns and operational incidents; perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
    • Influence HW and SW engineering teams to incorporate serviceability, diagnosability, and deployment-readiness features (DFx) into product design through technical requirements and design reviews.
    • Execute and interpret CLI-based diagnostics, parse system logs, and leverage software tooling to verify robot health, isolate faults, and validate firmware/configuration updates.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers to translate field learnings into design improvements that reduce deployment cycle time and increase fleet reliability.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation-including service manuals, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides-to scale deployment knowledge across sites and teams.
