Do you have prior experience working as a Bank Teller, handling cash and deposits, or performing accounts receivable (AR) duties?

Looking to break into an office environment? Look no further!

We're a professional office that provides support to our group of automotive dealerships and we're looking for a new team member to join us as our Office Administrator and Cashier!

What Will I Be Doing?

• Processing credit card payments as needed
• Preparing and reconciling deposit accounts for dealerships
• Making journal entries into accounting software
• Scanning and creating electronic documentation and files daily
• Performing account receivable functions for dealerships
• Entering cash and check receipts into accounting software
• Receiving and verifying deposits for dealerships
• Preparing deposit for armored vehicle pickup
• Periodically boxing old files
• Assisting the Accounting department with special projects
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management

What Do I Need?

• Skill and ability to apply and perform basic accounting functions and mathematic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy
• Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions and information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to learn to read and understand financial documents such as invoices, schedules, vendor statements, and other miscellaneous reports
• Skill and ability to use computers and related software applications, including MS Office and automotive accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $22.00 per hour
