Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Review daily financial transactions and prepare bank deposits for our various departments.

Maintain accurate digital records of all daily cash and check receipts.

Communicate clearly with department heads to track down missing documentation.

Assist the broader finance team with month-end reporting tasks as requested.

Ensure that all financial activities follow our internal company policies and industry standards.

At least two years of experience in bookkeeping, cash handling, or general accounting roles.

Solid understanding of bank reconciliation processes and general ledger entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software packages.

High level of attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.

Prior experience in the automotive industry is a nice bonus.
