    The ideal applicant will possess extensive professional work experience and/or knowledge in the following competencies:

    • Technical/Professional Knowledge
      • Understand human behavior as it relates to the supervision of staff, adults and/or youth
      • Recognize and understand the laws, policies and procedures pertaining to working with youth
      • Lead, initiate, and implement cognitive behavioral therapy through programs, activities, and trainings for clients and clients families/friends to better develop their interactions with each other and society

      • Interact with peers, clients and staff in a way that gives them confidence in one's motives and representations and those of the organization
      • Seen as direct and truthful; keep confidences, promises and commitments, and observe principles set forth in Code of Ethics
