Bard College seeks a Deputy Title IX Coordinator to join the Office of Title IX and Nondiscrimination. Reporting to the Title IX Coordinator, the Deputy Title IX Coordinator works collaboratively to manage the daily operations of intake, supportive measures, and triage. This role responds to reports of sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, and gender-based discrimination. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator ensures institutional compliance with Title IX, VAWA, and Clery Act regulations while leading prevention and education initiatives for both Bard College and Simon's Rock.

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 annually
This salary range reflects the Colleges good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting. Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
