    Join a fast‑paced, growing dermatology practice in western Washington where a privately owned group emphasizes patient‑centered care and a collaborative team culture. This Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will diagnose and manage a broad range of skin conditions, perform dermatologic procedures, and provide comprehensive patient education across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. The position offers a competitive compensation package. 
    • Dermatology experience as an NP or PA, preferably in a medical or surgical dermatology setting.
    • Strong skills in patient education and performing skin biopsies, including shave, punch, and excisional techniques.
    • Comfort with full‑body skin exams, lesion evaluation, and the ability to manage common dermatologic conditions independently within scope.
    • Prior experience or strong aptitude in minor dermatologic surgery, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, and basic cosmetic procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans, risks, and post‑procedural care in a clear, empathetic manner.
    • Active NP or PA license and DEA registration, with the ability to prescribe and manage dermatologic medications.
