An established dermatopathology laboratory in the Greater Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Histology Laboratory Operations Manager to lead its laboratory team.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Histology Manager who enjoys leading people, improving laboratory workflows, and overseeing operations in a modern facility.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily laboratory operations and Histology workflows.

• Manage laboratory personnel and staffing.

• Maintain quality, compliance, and operational standards.

• Support laboratory efficiency and process improvements.

• Collaborate with leadership on operational priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• HT or HTL certification through ASCP.

• Previous Histology laboratory management experience.

• Strong understanding of histology laboratory operations.

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

Master's degree preferred, but not required.
