Lead the preconstruction journey from first sketch to turn-key plan
As our Design-Build Preconstruction Program Manager, you will orchestrate the early phases of multiple projects—bringing clarity to scope, certainty to cost, and realism to schedules. You’ll partner with Project Managers, supervisors, and business development teams to shape winning pursuits and keep the pipeline moving efficiently.
A day in the role
Your morning might begin aligning with PMs on a go/no-go strategy and pursuit schedule. By midday, you’re guiding architects and engineers through design coordination—resolving gaps, flagging constructability items, and aligning deliverables with budget expectations. In the afternoon, you’re on site for due diligence: validating existing conditions, evaluating risk, and noting impacts to means, methods, and cost. You close out the day refining a conceptual estimate into a detailed cost model, updating the schedule, and polishing a technical proposal section for submission.
