Key Responsibilities

2. Lead A Team Of Designers By Providing Direction, Mentorship, And Feedback, Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Project Requirements.

3. Present Design Concepts, Prototypes, And Strategic Initiatives To Stakeholders, Effectively Gathering Feedback And Iterating On Designs To Enhance User Experience.

4. Establish And Maintain Comprehensive Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specific To Component Engineering, Fostering A Culture Of Excellence And Consistency Within The Design Team.

5. Stay Updated With Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies Relevant To Component Engineering, Driving Innovation And Excellence In Design Practices To Enhance Product Performance And Market Competitiveness.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Component Engineering Principles And Methodologies.

2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Cad Software Tools And Their Application In Design Projects.

3. Familiarity With Design For Manufacturing And Assembly (Dfma) Principles.
