Title: Design Quality Engineer

Location: Warsaw, IN 46582

Pay Rate: $40/hr-$45/hr on W2

Duration:12 Months

Looking for a Design Quality Engineer to support NPD projects - this role will include documentation review, collaborating with partners like R&D, Regulatory, supply chain, project management to complete and deliver the design control deliverables; from a quality perspective this person is providing guidance on compliance, quality standards, and mitigating risks. The DQE won't be doing any CAPA management, but it would be a beneficial skill to have. They will also collaborate with R&D and lead discussions while providing feedback on documentation.

Required Skills:

4 + years of experience in design quality engineering

Design control experience (five phases: design input, output, design rationale, validations, verifications and design transfer)

Experience working with suppliers/talking to suppliers

Medical device industry experience

Great communication skills
