Pay Rate:$25.00 - $28.00/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking a Design Technician II – Electronics with 4+ years of hands-on electronics technician experience to support the design, development, testing, debugging, and validation of electromechanical systems and PCBAs for Energy, Lung Health, and GYN products.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of electronics technician experience
  • Troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electronic/electromechanical systems & PCBAs
  • Experience with oscilloscopes, function generators, impedance analyzers, and other lab equipment
  • Advanced soldering (fine-pitch, QFN, BGA)
  • PCB design tools (Cadence OrCAD, Allegro)
  • LabVIEW and embedded systems knowledge
  • Read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
  • Validation, verification, reliability testing, and documentation
  • Build test fixtures using shop tools (3D printers, drill press, mill)
  • Experience in medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industries
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Build, debug, modify, repair, and test electronic assemblies
  • Support product development, manufacturing, and field performance
  • Perform V&V and reliability testing
  • Develop test fixtures and analyze test results
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
  • Support NPI and sustaining engineering activities

Preferred Skills:

  • PCBA manufacturing and failure analysis
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM) / Design for Testability (DFT)
  • Technical certification or Associate degree in Electronics

Education: High School Diploma/GED required (Technical certification/Associate degree preferred)
