Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Break/Fix & Hardware Support:
- Diagnose, repair, and replace laptop/desktop components (motherboards, RAM, SSDs, screens), monitors, docking stations, and local/network printers.
- Provide technical engineering support across our enterprise for end-user computing platforms for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, device configuration, and technical refresh.
- Operating System & Software Management:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (11) and macOS client environments.
- User Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Image, deploy, and reclaim hardware for incoming and departing personnel using modern deployment tools
- Ticket Management & SLA Adherence:
- Track incidents and service requests in ticketing systems (PPM), maintaining detailed ticket documentation and closing tickets within defined SLAs.
- Specific knowledge and experience – Intune/SCCM/JumpCloud
- Tech Breakdown:
- 100% Deskside Support for Client HQ in Melville and Remote Locations
- Analytical Problem-Solving:
- Methodical approach to isolating variables, finding root causes, and creating repeatable documentation.
- Executive & Meeting Support:
- Provide prioritized, "white-glove " deskside support for VIPs/executives and ensure boardroom audiovisual/video-conferencing equipment (Google Meet and BYOD) operates seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Tech-Related Field
- Updated Certifications
- Previous experience in an Enterprise environment
