Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with Trade Floor support experience to provide white-glove IT support for front-office users in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support skills, experience supporting trading floors, and knowledge of market data platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide white-glove desktop support for traders, portfolio managers, and research teams.
• Support Windows desktops, laptops, and high-performance workstations.
• Configure and troubleshoot multi-monitor setups.
• Support market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and FactSet.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, VPN, Citrix/VDI, and networking issues.
• Manage incidents through ServiceNow or Jira while meeting SLAs.
• Support Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve critical issues.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Desktop/Trade Floor Support experience.
• Windows Desktop & Endpoint Support.
• Trade Floor Support.
• Multi-monitor workstation setup.
• Active Directory, VPN, Networking.
• Citrix/VDI.
• ServiceNow or Jira.
• Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet (preferred).
• OMS/EMS or Aladdin (preferred).
• White-glove/VIP Support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting financial services or asset management environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, market-driven environments.
