Experience with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune
Knowledge of networking protocols, security systems, and desktop support software
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and IT teams
Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Deploy operating systems, software applications, antivirus tools, and updates. Perform imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning of devices
