Job Description:
We are seeking a Field Services/Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in desktop support, endpoint management, and desktop patching. The ideal candidate will provide onsite technical support, manage endpoint devices, deploy software and patches, and ensure a secure and reliable desktop environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced desktop and end-user support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Deploy desktop images, software packages, and patches.
- Administer endpoint management platforms.
- Monitor desktop health and resolve recurring issues.
- Support asset management and workstation lifecycle activities.
- Apply endpoint security controls and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Network, and Application teams.
- Document technical procedures and knowledge articles.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Desktop Support/Field Services experience.
- Experience with enterprise endpoint management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
