Desktop Support - Merrifield, VA - Contract - $20-30 Per HR
This position involves providing technical support in a dynamic environment, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. The role is based in a regional location and requires hands-on experience with a variety of technologies. The position is contract-based, with opportunities for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence.

Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience with troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Experience with productivity software such as email and cloud storage applications.
- Basic networking knowledge including IP and DNS.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge including multi-factor authentication and phishing awareness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
