Desktop Support Technician

I came across your profile and thought you might be a great fit for a Hybrid/Local Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician position we are looking to fill in Richmond, VA (VITA).

Position Details:

- Role: Desktop Support Technician (Focus on Print Services & M365 Support)
- Location: Richmond, VA (4 days/week on-site initially during training, with the potential to transition to 100% remote upon successful completion)
- Duration: 6 Months
- Interview Process: Phone/Web interview, followed by a mandatory in-person interview.

Key Qualifications Needed:

- 5+ years of Help Desk / Technical Support experience
- 5+ years with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time management skills
- Experience in a print services environment is highly desired
