In this role, you'll guide clients through the vacation planning process by researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and delivering personalized support from the first conversation through departure. Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand their travel interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and vacation budgets
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, attractions, and destination experiences
Recommend travel options that align with each client's preferences, expectations, and spending goals
Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details through approved supplier platforms
Prepare travel confirmations, itineraries, documentation, and essential pre-departure information
Assist with booking revisions, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
Review travel arrangements to help ensure reservations and documentation are complete and accurate
Provide ongoing communication by sharing updates, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout the planning process
Maintain detailed client records, reservation information, and communication history within company systems
Collaborate with preferred travel suppliers to provide exceptional travel planning and customer support
Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continuing professional development opportunities
