Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Bachelor's Degree is BS Computer Science, Computer Programming, or Engineering preferred
- Technical Skills: Frontend: Vue3, HTML, CSS, BootStrap, JavaScript; Backend: NodeJS, Rest APIs, Confluent Kafka, Event based programming; Database: Oracle SQL, Pl/Sql; Nice to have: Oracle HCM Cloud, Agentic AI
- Testing: Test first mindset with experience in test automation, unit, functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to critically analyze and decompose complex technical requirements. Strong problem-definition, requirements elicitation, impact analysis, and solution design skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to mentor, guide, and work effectively with both offshore and onsite teams.
- Innovation and Creativity: Ability to think innovatively, present alternative solutions, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and application design.
- Agile: Experience thriving in Agile environments with evolving requirements.
- Self-Motivation: Highly responsible self-starter/team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic.
- This tier includes specific domain areas, including but not limited to: Full Stack, Applications Integrations, ServiceNow, Data Engineer.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
