Job Description:
Summary:
The Development Coordinator for the Kogod School of Business (KSB) is responsible for coordinating and executing activities, which support KSB fundraising initiatives. Under the direction of KSB's Assistant Dean of Advancement, the Development Coordinator provides administrative support to the KSB Development team, serves as a liaison to the KSB Dean's Office and other KSB teams as needed, and ensures the regular solicitation, stewardship, and engagement of KSB constituents by coordinating with relevant teams within AU's Office of Advancement . Additionally, the Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics of and briefings for KSB Development-focused events and activities.

Salary Range:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Volunteer management, marketing, and major gift solicitation experience.
Two or more years of successful experience in a higher education setting.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Ability to analyze and articulate reasons for giving.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with customer relationship management software, knowledge of gift processing procedures, research, and data management.
