Development Coordinator - University Major Gifts, Class Giving, Parent and Family Engagement
Main Work Location: Historic Stanford Campus
Office Schedule: Hybrid (at least 2 days a week on site)
The Office of Development (OOD) advances Stanford's mission by raising philanthropic support from alumni, parents, families, friends, and institutional funders. Working in concert with volunteers and academic leaders, OOD staff members strive to accelerate Stanford's purposeful impact in the world. Together, the Class Giving, University Major Gifts, and Parent and Family Engagement programs within the Office of Development, seek a Development Coordinator. These programs collaborate closely to build and maintain relationships with Stanford alumni, parents, and friends to advance Stanford''s mission and to drive philanthropic revenue. This role supports and enhances the team's efforts, working with gift officers and Development colleagues on a range of administrative activities from calendaring to reporting and helping with planning.
The Development Coordinator will report to the Assistant Vice President and will also work across the programs under the AVP's leadership (Class Giving, Major Gifts, and Parent and Family Engagement).

The expected pay range for this position is $36.57 to $42.81 per hour. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the university reasonably expects to pay for a position upon hire. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
