Development Manager - Houston, TX

The Development Manager / Senior Development Associate will report to senior development leadership and play a key role in sourcing, underwriting, planning, and executing complex real estate projects from concept through delivery.

• Lead development projects through all phases, from feasibility and entitlement to construction and delivery.
• Perform financial modelling, underwriting, market analysis, and investment evaluations.
• Manage due diligence processes, consultant teams, and project budgets.
• Coordinate entitlement, zoning, design, permitting, and approval activities.
• Partner with construction, leasing, capital markets, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare investment committee materials and development business plans.
• Support strategic growth initiatives across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.

For the Development Manager / Senior Development Associate we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, investments, or project management.
• Strong financial modelling and underwriting capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
• Understanding of development processes including entitlement, design, budgeting, and construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and investment partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes.
