Development Manager

A well-established nonprofit organization in Ridgeland is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Development Manager to lead fundraising initiatives, coordinate special events, and build strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and community initiatives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors, individual donors, foundations, and community partners.

• Identify and cultivate new fundraising opportunities and corporate partnerships.

• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and fundraising goals.

• Recruit, train, and provide guidance to fundraising volunteers and event committees.

• Coordinate sponsorships, grants, corporate partnerships, and special fundraising campaigns.

• Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising progress.

• Monitor event performance, evaluate results, and prepare reports on fundraising activities.

• Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and regional fundraising activities.

• Support donor appreciation, stewardship, and community outreach efforts.

• Assist with social media and other outreach initiatives as needed.
